Wedgewood Creek is a very family friendly neighbourhood in North Eastern part of Oakville. The neighbourhood is bounded by Dundas to the North, 8th line to Glenashton, and then on to Grand Blvd, in the east, Upper Middle Road to the south, and Trafalgar Road to the west.
 
The age of homes in this neighbourhood range from very new to 25 years old. The majority of homes are 2 story detached homes but there are a few townhomes as well. Morrison Valley North cuts through the neighbourhood which offers parks and trails for walking dogs.
 
There are also two large shopping areas in the neighbourhood. One is southeast of the intersection of Trafalgar and Dundas which features restaurants, grocery stores, retail chains, and gyms. The other shopping area, which has grocery and liquor stores, and other services, is located at 8th line and Upper Middle Roads.
 
Residents in this neighbourhood have close access to the Iroquois Ridge Community Centre which has a library and swimming pool. This facility is close to Iroquois Ridge Secondary School. There are also a number of elementary schools serving the neighbourhood.
 
The average sales price for a detached home in Wedgewood Creek is in the upper $700,000s. Prices ranged from upper $500,000s to $1.3 million.
